Greg Carrick

Greg Carrick’s interest in real estate began well before he joined the Equity team when accepted into an architecture program before he attended the University of Tampa, where he eventually earned his degree in Finance. During his time at school, he joined multiple organizations such as Delta Sigma Pi, which is a business fraternity, and was a part of the UT Baseball program, where he developed strong relationships and became actively involved in the local community.

Furthermore, during Greg’s time in college, he took an intern position with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City in their appraisal department where he learned about cash flow analysis, valuation of commercial and multifamily properties, as well as the negotiation and structuring of commercial office lease transactions. After his experience at Cushman & Wakefield, he wanted to expand his knowledge and learn a different facet of the industry, so the following summer he t accepted a position with CBRE’s largest office leasing team in New York City.

Shortly after graduating college, he joined Equity working with their Healthcare Real Estate Team. Greg’s primary role is assisting the Team with implementing leasing plans for both new and existing listings, marketing the properties through direct and indirect marketing efforts, calling perspective new clients, assisting with market research and site selection, and coordinating market tours for clients. During his first year with Equity, he completed 13 leasing and sales transactions. Greg is currently still involved at the University of Tampa, where he is an active member of the Board of Counselors and attends weekly community service events. Greg also looks forward to being more connected with the Tampa Brokerage community by going to events held by groups such as: CCIM, FGCAR & REIC.
