Landlord Representation Case Study

The Owner of the property’s long standing Tenant (Florida Orthopedic Institute) elected to vacate because they were consolidation Clinics. I was referred to talk to the Owner of the building back in September of 2011 to discuss finding a replacement Tenant. Although the existing Tenant wasn’t vacating until April/May of 2012, they wanted me to begin the process. We ended up executing a Lease with Tampa General Hospital’s Medical Group in June which minimized the time on the market.
