Tenant Representation

Tenant representation is a proven concept that has been practiced extensively for years. By retaining an exclusive representative the tenant becomes the broker's client, not the customer. A fiduciary relationship is established between the tenant (client) and the tenant representative (broker), meaning that the agent is placed in a position of trust and confidence and must work in the tenant's best interest at all times.
